Kota Based Student Housing Startup Shabnamstays, enters rental housing segment.

Shabnamstays, a business that provides student housing, has introduced a new division called Shabnamstays Homes where it will give 1, 2, and 3 BHK completely furnished and managed flats for singles, couples, and small families.

According to the plan, Shabnamstays would provide tech-enabled smart living in fully furnished, managed flats on prestigious locations adjacent to commercial and working centres.

These have been specifically created to cater to couples and singles looking for hassle-free completely furnished luxury residences in great locations with three major differentiators: uninterruptible high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry on the doorstep, and expert housekeeping.

Shabnamstays was established in Lockdown and owns a number of properties in Kota, New Delhi, and Jaipur.

Shabnamstays founder Abdussamad Ashraf said, “With this new product, we are opening up Shabnamstays co-living to a far wider audience and this will propel our growth and availability throughout micro-markets and cities.
